Il Pranzetto was founded in 2004 by Sabrina Sciola. The uniqueness of this restaurant was that it was located in the core of Montreal's Chinatown. For 16 years, the restaurant became one of downtown's busiest lunch stops. Since the pandemic, the dining room of the restaurant has been shut down and the main activities of il Pranzetto are the creation and distribution of frozen pizzas as well as catering and mobile pizzeria that began in 2013. The company has recently moved their operations from Montreal to Laval. Many things have changed but the quality and service of il Pranzetto remains the same. Excellent products at affordable prices.
